A cancellation fee of 50% of course fee will be charged for any cancellation received within 14 days of the course start date. A cancellation fee of 10% of course fee will be charged for any cancellation received within period of 28 days - 15 days (inclusive) of course start date. (Email cancellation will be considered as immediate on the day of transmission).
